If you're reporting abuse of the service, please include the domain(s) involved and roughly when you made the request.
For lookup problems, include the domain, approximate lookup time, expected result, actual result, and any error message. Do not include passwords, private keys, or other sensitive information.

The same address is used for general support, security reports, and abuse reports. We review reports in the context of the service's public DNS lookup and bulk-processing features.
Most messages fall into four groups: an unexpected lookup result, a bulk job that did not finish, a question about reading DNS answers, or a security or abuse report. Naming the group in your first sentence helps us route your message faster.
For an unexpected result, give the domain, the approximate time, the addresses you expected, and the addresses you received. DNS answers change with TTLs, CDNs, and geographic routing, so say which resolver or location any other tool used.
For a bulk job, say roughly how many domains you submitted, when you started the job, and what the page showed when it stopped. A short example that shows the problem is more useful than a full private list.
